Vitale Elentee Neutralizer Curl & Wave 16 oz
Locks hair into its new curl from. Stops chemical processing and reforms hairês bond to strengthen hair shaft.
Directions:When hair has been completely straightened with ELENTEE RETEXTURIZER, rinse Retexturizer from hair.
-Apply ELENTEE LEAVE-IN CONDITIONER to hair.
-Comb throuh for even distribution and apply ELENTEE BOOSTER to hair and proceed to wrap hair.
-After wrapping is complete,place patron under plastic cap for 10 minutes.(for hard to curl hair, place patron under warm dryer for 10-15 minutes.) Rinse hair thoroughly with luke warm water.
-Neutralize hair with ELENTEE MASTER REBONDER instant
-Conditioning Neutralizer. Leave on for five (5) minutes. and repeat application for another 5 minutes.
-Rinse Neutralizer from rollers. Romove rollers. Apply Elentee Activator & Elentee Moisturizer.
WARNING:Avoid contact with face,eyes,ears or skin. Do not use on scalp if skin is broken or irritated. if contact occurs,immediately rinse with water. Do not use on tinted,bleached or chemically-treated hair relaxed by sodium or calcium hydroxide
